1. Drawing Interpretation and Inspection Fundamentals
Learn how to interpret mechanical drawings and understand dimension chains, datums, and GD&T principles. You will evaluate common features such as linear dimensions, circles, cylinders, and planes. You will also apply basic methods for geometric tolerance evaluation in CMM inspection tasks.
2. CMM Fundamentals and Coordinate System Establishment
Learn how CMM systems work, including probe configuration and verification methods. You will establish part coordinate systems using methods such as 3-2-1 and iterative alignment. You will also perform element measurement and apply dimensional evaluation standards. These skills help you develop precision measurement workflows and practical operation skills.
3. CMM Offline Programming and Inspection Program Development
Learn how to use RationalDMIS for CMM offline programming. You will analyze drawings, select probe systems, and develop measurement plans. You will create and test inspection programs from offline programming to on-machine debugging. You will also optimize programs, perform collision simulations, and develop automated inspection workflows.
4. Part Dimensional and Geometric Tolerance Evaluation
Learn how to evaluate dimensions and geometric tolerances using GD&T standards. You will measure linear and angular dimensions, as well as key tolerances such as flatness, roundness, and cylindricity. You will also assess orientation and position tolerances, including parallelism, perpendicularity, and position. These skills help you perform precision inspection for complex parts.
5. Intelligent Inspection Report Generation and Output
Learn how to generate professional inspection reports. You will create standardized reports in formats such as PDF, Excel, and HTML. You will present measurement data, deviation analysis, and evaluation results in a clear and structured way.
