common problem

01 Does the training align with international skills standards and the local vocational education system? The training strictly follows the standards and regulations of international skills competitions, while adopting a “standardized + localized” dual adaptation strategy. This ensures:preservation of core international skill requirements and deep customization according to local curriculum, program structure, and talent development objectives.
02 Are supporting equipment, software, teaching materials, and certification systems provided? A: Yes. We provide comprehensive teaching resources throughout the entire training process, including professional training equipment, licensed industrial software, standardized training materials, and assessment question banks. The certification system follows a dual-certificate model, issuing internationally recognized skill certificates and completion certificates, supporting learners’ employment and career development.
03 How to ensure overseas learners (with different languages and foundations) can understand, learn and apply skills effectively? We employ a three-stage progressive teaching model: Theoretical foundation – solidifying the basics, Practical skills – strengthening hands-on abilities, Simulated competitions – validating results. The training provides bilingual teaching resources, overseas teacher training, and online technical support, ensuring that even learners with zero prior experience can master core skills.
04 Can the training help improve local instructors, build training facilities, and organize international competitions? Yes. We offer a complete “ecosystem empowerment” solution, including: Instructor development (training + certification), Training lab planning and construction, International competition organization and guidance. We can also co-host skill exchange summits, workshops, and other international events, helping partners establish a comprehensive skill talent development ecosystem.
05 How are training outcomes applied to local industry, employment, and vocational education reform? The training is closely aligned with local industry cluster needs, delivering “three actionable outcomes”, implementable course packages, replicable training projects, and quantifiable talent standards. Through a closed-loop model of “training promoting industry, education and employment”, we realize the effective transformation of training results into industrial development, teaching reform and employment improvement.
06 What innovative technologies and teaching methods are adopted in the training? Technological applications:
VR/AR virtual simulation: for high-risk or high-cost skill training
Digital twin technology: visualizing equipment principles and simulating failures Innovative teaching methods:
Project-Based Learning (PBL): driven by real projects
Micro-skill certification: decomposing skills into components for step-by-step certification
07 What are the cooperation methods for the training programs? You can choose online training or on-site training in China. Online training usually lasts for 5 to 7 days, while on-site training lasts for 14 days. You need to bear the cost of international transportation and accommodation by yourself.
08 Besides training, are there any other ways to cooperate? In addition to training, various forms of cooperation can also be carried out, such as competitions, the construction of training bases, and the development of international digital courses.
09 If we decide to collaborate in the future, how will the training platform equipment be handled? The client can provide a list of equipment requirements based on their own needs. We will be responsible for the unified procurement, export transportation and deployment, in order to meet the training requirements.
OUR CORE PHILOSOPHY
