1. Semiconductor Process Operations

  • Apply semiconductor material properties, monocrystalline silicon preparation principles, and typical manufacturing process flows
  • Operate core process equipment for oxidation, photolithography, doping, diffusion, and ion implantation
  • Perform chip manufacturing using vacuum deposition, sputtering, and etching equipment

2. Chip Packaging and Testing

  • Execute typical chip packaging process flows; perform die attach, wire bonding, and plastic encapsulation operations
