• Process general cargo and special cargo (oversized and out-of-gauge cargo, perishable cargo, dangerous goods) transport organization

• Apply safety awareness, labor discipline, operational discipline, and standardized operating procedures

2. Organize Railway Express Freight Operations

• Apply cargo storage, handling, delivery, and organization methods for high-speed rail express, standard railway express, and cold chain transport
• Process dispatch, transit, and arrival operations for railway express freight
• Organize premium freight train services and less-than-carload express freight operations
• Apply station-train coordination and customer-oriented service principles

3. Organize Container Multimodal Transport
