  • Operate common formulation equipment to prepare solid dosage forms, conventional liquid preparations, and sterile preparations
  • Operate packaging equipment in compliance with GMP requirements, performing finished product filling, packaging, and coding
  • Identify and resolve common issues encountered during formulation production based on actual production conditions

2. Manage and Control Drug Production Quality

  • Apply GMP awareness and perform hygiene operations for personnel, materials, environments, and equipment in compliance with drug production standards
  • Apply GMP knowledge and methods to manage materials in staging areas and intermediate stations, and assist in validation and qualification activities
  • Perform common chemical testing, instrumental analysis, and microbiological testing operations

3. Operate and Maintain Pharmaceutical Equipment

  • Operate major pharmaceutical equipment, troubleshoot common faults, and perform cleaning and routine maintenance
  • Participate in equipment validation and assist in compiling and revising standard operating procedures for equipment operation, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Operate and maintain cleanroom HVAC systems, water purification systems, and gas generation systems
